Un label Qualité, des diamants
Afin de mieux qualifier l’offre et valoriser le confort des hébergements touristiques, nous avons créé un Label «Tourmalet – Pic du Midi Garantie Confort de votre séjour», exprimé de 1 à 5 diamants et s’appuyant sur des critères qualitatifs : esthétisme, confort, niveau des équipements et services, etc.. Il est reconnu sur l’ensemble de la destination «Tourmalet-Pic du Midi».
Cette démarche est soutenue par le Conseil Département des Hautes-Pyrénées.

A guarantee of Quality and Comfort:
- Quality of materials, homogeneity of furniture, ambient lighting, colour and textile harmony.
- Built-in functional kitchen and bathroom.
- Exemplary bedding: mattress density, duvets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors.
- Enough storage and hooks: dressing rooms, built-in cupboards, etc.
- Equipment: dishwasher, extractor hood, matching table linen and crockery, washing machine, heated towel rail, bath/shower screen, flat screen TV, smart speaker or hi-fi system.
- WiFi connection.
- Owner or agent welcomes guests.
- Tourist information provided.
- Cleaning services and rental of bedding/bath towels and childcare equipment.
Promotion of tourist accommodation
The Tourmalet-Pic du Midi Tourist Office has created this Label to make the destination’s tourist properties more attractive. This Label supplements the “Meublé de Tourisme” (holiday rentals) ministerial grading which has certain benefits, including fiscal ones, but doesn’t fully meet customers’ expectations and current comfort standards. This Quality initiative provides the impetus for the accommodation offering to move upmarket.
